"I’ve worked at Panasonic for almost 7 months now, when I came in I needed to learn quickly as there was a lack of operators and full production to run. Within a week I was able to work independently despite my lack of not being certified at the time. I come in every day ready to fulfill my tasks as an individual and as a team member. I’m willing to always pick up slack wherever I may find it, and am confident that if you asked anyone I work with they would say the same. My desire to not be a mixer of chemicals all my life is what is driving me to move out of the comfort I have with a steady job to something more innovative. I want to be an engineer. I want something that fulfills me."
"I work for 7 years in Panasonic. Very good company."
"Good place to work. Enjoyed"
"This company doesn't care about you or safety. The only thing that matters is production. Batteries for Tesla's are essential! Or they're knowingly and willing killing people, so some rich guy can get a case of tomato soup home... It's all a sham, don't believe the hype."
"I've been working for them for almost 3 years. work-life easy and comfortable"
"I have worked for PASA over six years as a contractor, there is no too much space to improve"
"I've worked for Panasonic as an Intern for 6 months. The people there are cooperative and welcoming with a good work environment. They work on modern technology and deliver their solutions to their clients as per the requirements."
"Panasonic is a great company challenging us every day looking for Customer Satisfaction with products that are value-added for the industrial market with high quality impacting positively our customer's operation efficiency."
"I've been working in this company for about a year. The company is great and departments listen to their workers and find way to make it better or resolve any situation. The company is full of growth and opportunities. Overall great company."
"Company is good yet the team i was involved with was acting like a startup With no clearly defined vision or a 5-10 year plan. Lack of fundings and budget was always an issue. No regular performance appraisals or discussions on areas to improve made us be in our comfort zones. No champion to own a particular solution business in the area and vertical of focus."
