"PAML is attempting to transition from a regional reference lab to a national one. They have much to do to fortify their IT systems to do so. Much of them are customized vendor products taped together with homemade tools. Too often they abandon one project to start another. As a result, much needed work is left hanging. The new CEO seems very rigid and business-like whereas the previous one treated employees like his family. Pay is average."
