Each driver receives a 401(k) retirement plan, with the option to adjust contributions each month. Insurance plans include medical, dentist, life, prescription, disability, vision, cancer and ICU, and accident insurance.
Drivers are offered paid vacations based on years of service. Optional mileage-based per diems and bonuses tied to sign-on, safety, and driver referrals provide additional incentives for drivers. These incentives include clothing and jewelry awards and public recognition for excellence and achievement. New drivers are also provided with a comprehensive CDL training program that can allow new associates to begin driving in less than a month after beginning training.
