"I've worked for Palm Beach Tan since 2008. It is a young, fun, fast paced work environment. The commission opportunity is great and you make great relationships with co workers and clients. I find that there is little opportunity to advance within the company. Once you reach the store manager level it is especially difficult to be promoted to DM, etc. I was transferred to a store over 100 miles away, when the last store I managed was only 10 miles from my home."
