"My position (Front Desk Clerk), the management, my co-workers, health benefits. I enjoy working with the public having over 30 years experience in the Hotel & Casino Industry. The way that management treated their employees very good and fair, it made me feel that we were part of a family not just employees. In the HR department if you need help or something done, it was always taken care of in a timely manner."

"Get to know as much about the Pahrump Nugget as you can, so you will be able to answer any questions that our guests may ask. Be yourself and do the best job that you can. Be flexible and be honest."
What don't you like about working at Pahrump Nugget?
"Being short handed, co-workers not showing up for their shifts, some co-workers not caring if the work had gotten done and not caring if the guests had a good stay at the hotel, and not caring if the guests returned."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I thought that the Pahrump Nugget had some of the best management that I have worked for. If you had a problem with office machines or anything you could go to them and they would take care of the problem."
