"Corporate vision muddled within middle management; willingness to create custom/creative solutions not followed through on; limited services available to adequately follow indiana customer base; direct micromanagement; sales were 'punished'"

"have one clear strategy for winning in the marketplace and sales incentive and follow through."

"Cutting expenses to zero for sales executives is a bad move. waiting to get commission for 4-6 monts is not great."
