"The company seems to have good intentions, but senior management doesn’t seem to make well thought out decisions. The owner not only quotes projects, but also orders materials(often times ordering the wrong material which delays production), as well as micro management of the shop floor. They have four people in the office who handle finances, yet none of them are buyer planners. Little to no room for growth, and employees are allowed to do as they please with no repercussions because they know the company can’t and won’t pay for better employees. The company also doesn’t give evaluations,, ever. In fact they don’t agree with evaluations. If you complain enough, you may get a dollar raise after having been there for a couple of years."
