"12 hour rotating shifts, extreme temperature conditions, very stressful work, rude nasty environment to work in"

"I do think that the company is doing good moneywise.So, spherion is reelly good; so, I would advise any one who would like to come because of Spherion goodness."

What don't you like about working at Spherion Staffing Services?

"In Africa, I have been an employer. In social and clinical psychology, we learnt about employment management and social ethic at the working place.So, I am full of criticism about the management and coordination of the work of Spherion Employees as temps at UPS. May be I am wrong because I have never been a temp or been the manager or coordinator of temps; also, the place and space are different."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"In brief, the management should be able to learn, know, understand and even coordinate its employees.You can't pay salaries to people you do not know their professional deontology. Spherion pays us salaries based upon the time sheet UPS gives him.The management needs to be at place of work where spherion employees are."
