"Emphasize organizational strengths and the strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Highlight previous experience working with difficult customers and developing a integrated product team."

What don't you like about working at Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials?

"The ERP/MRP system changed several times while employed which slowed down many processes. Some customers had a difficult time understanding that we were a prototype facility and could not provide the level of detail but they were happy with the quality of the product."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Develop a streamlined new product development process which compliments an R&D environment. Better define deliverables to the customer during the quoting phase."
