The components we build each and every day ensure that the lives of those who fight for us are protected. If its in space, or in the air, the probability is high it has one of our products incorporated."

"The majority of the team I worked with had over 30 years of experience and I was able to learn many skills while employed there. We developed strong relationships with our customers who counted on us delivering mission critical product."

"Emphasize organizational strengths and the strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Highlight previous experience working with difficult customers and developing a integrated product team."

What don't you like about working at Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials?

"The ERP/MRP system changed several times while employed which slowed down many processes. Some customers had a difficult time understanding that we were a prototype facility and could not provide the level of detail but they were happy with the quality of the product."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Develop a streamlined new product development process which compliments an R&D environment. Better define deliverables to the customer during the quoting phase."
