"When I worked there, employment was acutely geared to the bottom line and stock price. Probably not the same now with the stock at more than double what it was when I was there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I cannot really say anything about the current practices. In the past, it was very hands-off and not micromanaged which was good. You made most of the decisions on which way to respond to direction and pertinent issues related to your work."

"Occassional Micro Management, sometimes there is a Not Invented Here attitude. Some decisions made based on politics rather than on technical merit."

"Listen More, Choose Wisely, and poll multiple sources before a decision"

"I enjoyed working with multiple teams and learned from them. The company has great VanPool programe for employees that live far. The people in the entire company are great to work with."

"The people here are great. The company has good health benefits and retirement benefits. And Their bonuses are great as well."

"I don't have an issue working here. I was laid off due to position has been eliminated as part of the workforce restructuring and reduction."

"Too many levels of management who do absolutly nothing but try to put their finger prints on your work."

"Layoff two levels of management and empower the people who actually know what they are doing."

"The opportunities for advancement are slim and the pressures of complying with the forms filing of the corporation are beguiling. The variable compensation plan is a joke (bogus bonus fulfillment requirements)."

"Listen to your people more, offer them greater opportunities for training and advancement."

"I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed going into work each morning. I felt the leadership team was great as well."

"Know what the company is about. Do you believe in their mission statement."

"One of the reasons I am leaving is that I felt I was not challenged enough at the job. As a fresh face in the working world, the company offers a great opportunity for a good entry level position; however, after being there for so many years, I felt I was not able to reach my full potential because of the lack of challenge and there was no room for advancement in the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The decisions they have to make are sometimes difficult. Traditionally, IT helps very much, focusing on their product, service, company and internal customers' circumstances, challenges, goals. I suggest management focus on these elements."

"Very good company to work for when I was there, but continuing to have layoffs, and remaining staff seem stressed and unhappy."
