"It is easy to be hired and it is an easy but thankless job with no sense of achievement."

"There is little to no room for growth or even incentive for it. The company's other departments were ultimately disjointed, and every employee felt that the policies were getting worse over time."

"Do not outsource, do not remove the tools that help your agents help your customers, and do not hire bad technicians."

"While Pace was very successful in the Cable and Satellite business areas, the Telco space is vastly different - listen to those that have that experience."
