Try to communiccate with all employees, and make sure to include everyone on decisions regarding the lab; not just a select few (favortism). Also, break-up the in-crowd feeling of the lab staff; this hampers productivity.

3.6 I have worked for Pace for some time now. I think it is a good company. However I would like it to become a Great company. With the current management structure they will struggle to reach that goal.

2.5 The management is not in touch with the needs of the workers in terms of compensation, growth paths, education, or dress codes.The client base is pretty strong but there is quickly become a large amount of competition from larger more diverse agencies. Not sure how long it will sustain itself.
