"Flexibility in schedule; being able to make your own schedule based on work-load and personal needs. Great environment."

"Be prepared to learn a lot on your own, and rely on your fellow analysts for support. It's a great growth opportunity and will improve your resume and lab technique greatly."

What don't you like about working at Pace?

"Pace seems to be in crisis mode a lot of the time; having to order a lot of materials/supplies overnight. Causes a lot of stress across the board. Note: They are getting better at this system.)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Try to communiccate with all employees, and make sure to include everyone on decisions regarding the lab; not just a select few (favortism). Also, break-up the in-crowd feeling of the lab staff; this hampers productivity."
