What do you like about working at OYSTAR?

"The position I currently hold is quite challenging, and provides the opportunity of managing and designing large ($8M), highly complex projects. For example, we manufacture almost all of Keurigs fillings machines (K-Cups) and every K-Cup coffee label is filled by Keurig using our Equipment (each machine capable of 700 per minute). P&G facilities around the world use the systems designed and built by us...All the equipment manufactured is engineered to order, from a single piece of equipment to a complete filling, testing, weighing and packaging line (including conveyors, elevators, sorters, etc.)."

"no, is a very progressive company and other than being honest and providing clear definition regarding background"

What don't you like about working at OYSTAR?

"not having the ability to be Hands-On on the assembly floor (Union Enviroment)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would recommend that the company be more proactive in mentoring engineers and designers recently graduating from college ( I am currently mentoring one engineer and a designer)"
