"Horrible database management, references, some co-workers, managers who recruit over you and take there guy first, make high goals, never give out leads etc"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the co worker and be a little nicer. If you treat your employee well they will work harder for you and I suggest you re format your recruiting system and get more leads"
