"Oxford has been a great company to learn how and their training for how to be successful at recruiting has been beneficial. I do feel they could improve their overall compensation plan and show that they appreciate their employees. There have been a lot of Senior Recruiters and Account Managers leaving the company due to their changes in compensation and loss of many key clients. Also there seems to be a disconnect between upper management and the staff. Great team of people to work with and great place for someone to start their career."

"Oxford found this amazing job for me at KLA designing a new approach for moving data to a database on two OS platforms. It suited me very well and was an unconventional need that allowed me to demonstrated to the company that there were solutions to their needs that didn't require exceptional hardware improvements. This shows that Oxford has open minded recruiters that can fit you to custom opportunities that can advance your career."

"I have worked in sales positions before and this is the worst. DO NOT at all costs become a Account Manager. One in every twenty people may keep their jobs more then 6 months. They will fire you for any reason at anytime including for what you are wearing. They believe they manage well but that is not true. Some people are great there, but most are fake. It's the same thing over and over again and they make you work 50 hours a week or you will get canned. Your efforts are no appreciated. Don't expect to make any commission for 6 months. Stay away like the plague."

What do you like about working at Oxford Global Resources?

"The people working there were nice, but there are nice people at every company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Oxford has an extremely high turn-over with low growth potential and terrible work life balance. My advice is to look at what other staffing companies are hiring in the market for the same position and interview with a few different companies to see which organization fits best for you."

What don't you like about working at Oxford Global Resources?

"There's rigid process in place on both the recruiting and sales side which block common sense business decisions from being made. They also pay under market rates to their consultants, bill over market rates and keep the difference for themselves."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Allow for some flexibility so common sense business decisions won't be blocked. I agree there's a place for process, but innovation shouldn't be stifled."
