What do you like about working at Oxford Global Resources?

"Opportunity to travel to new job locations on assignment, Freedom to refuse ill fitting jobs, availability to stretch into new job areas, and work in new technology areas were attractive features of my work there."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The opportunities to stretch your experience are attractive here. However, the compensation is mediocre at best. They are not going to be interested in advancing your career, so keep other options in place. This is a good place to mark time, but not much else. They are not going to try hard for you."

What don't you like about working at Oxford Global Resources?

"The customers were on the fringe of contracting and were often unfamiliar with the proper range of requests and demands on my abilities. Schedules were often unrealistic and, most of all, professional support for my position was lacking at Oxford."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep your agents informed about a customer's background calls and force the customer to keep a professional response to your support personnel. Fringe customers are not going to provide future business and may be bad for business in general. Don't sign someone up if he is likely to try to change the contract in mid schedule."
