"Great company to work for!"
"Good company, lots of politics"
"For the most part, I enjoy my job and responsibilities. I have a few friends that I work with that make all the difference. The pay is good for this area. The benefits are average. With all this said, I still cannot recommend that anyone work for this company. The "spousal rule" will not cover your spouses healthcare costs if he/she is eligible for subsidized healthcare through their employer. If you are a two income family, you will also pay for medical coverage twice. They require you to maintain long hair somewhere on your body for mandatory hair follicle testing. If you were ever to get hurt, on the job or not, you will likely never return to work here. They have a very aggressive legal department that enables them to operate lawfully while still pushing moral boundaries."
"Owens Corning is a great company that truly cares about their employees. With excellent benefits and a very clear company structure, there are lots of opportunities to work for and excel in the world's leading building supplies manufacturing company."
"Owens Corning has been a great company to get learning experience from especially being a recent college graduate. This company has allowed me to get a grasp of the overall business processes and get hands-on training with a wide variety of different equipment. Although I've only been here for a little over 2 years there is not much growth within my position and my stance in the company. I have been actively trying to get more involved in training and different areas that would be beneficial for my development, but the role I'm in shows little possibility of that. Working with a team and being responsible for the completion of large projects has vastly improved my skills and abilities. This role has also helped me develop time management and great organizational skills."
