Overlake Medical Center & Clinics Employee

"I've worked for Overlake Medical Center for nearly 9 years. In this time I have had experience as a leader, supervising a hospital-based program, under clinic administration. Throughout my tenure, the program experienced a number of transitions within upper management, some better handled than others. My core takeaway from working at OMC for this amount of time is that the people who are providing direct patient care tend to be genuine and authentically caring; this however is not reflected by the C-Suite. I am grateful for the physicians, nurses, support staff, and other colleagues in parallel leadership positions, who all show significant grit amidst the lack of reliable executive support."
