"I enjoyed my job selling. Liked that they provided the leads and also because of the reputation the referrals where always available."
What don't you like about working at American Vision Windows?
"Managment would give certain employees the best leads and everyone knew it. When you have meetings you can't compare there work ehtics with your skills if they are spoon fed. There is no comparison. Couldn't get paid what was owed to me, didn't understand there pay structure. Never got back ends."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To have someone who knows how to run a business. Get someone that really can show his or her employees the necessary skills to perform. Don't just throw them out there."

"It will all seem fine until you are about 3 months into this job and then it will become hell."

"Owner needs to hire a real sales manager who does not compete and steal business from sales staff's territories"

"They made the changes - it was bought out by a business professional with connections."

"Working at Flotronics was a great opportunity to learn a great deal about pneumatic components and circuits. Also, Flotronics allowed me to grow into an outside sales position which has helped with my cold calling abilities."
