Submit a Review"I love being on my feet while working and Outside Plant Technician work gets you on your feet. It has been a great role and I have learned so much about signaling and electronic theories. What I don't like about Outside Plant work is getting dirty and tearing up work clothes to get the job done."
"Love the feeling when connecting the backbone of the network. Sometimes the weather can make the job suck at times but still enjoyable."

What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should take into consideration that each person on the team has a distinctive personality, and their own ideas and perception of the job may be different than What the Book Says. They should understand that as long as the job gets done, that everyone gets along, and that the customer is happy, there is no reason to create Corporate Rules that just create reasons for people to feel like the company does not trust them."
