"I liked that the hospital served the local community and was responsive to its needs. We had state of the art technology to do our jobs in coding and were supported in doing our jobs."

"If you are a conscientious and confidential worker, you will do fine at IU Health."
What don't you like about working at Indiana University Health?
"There were days when I would have liked to have been less tied to my desk."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Let people know they are appreciated. I'm not saying I did not feel appreciated there, but I think that is the number one thing all employees want from their employer, beyond the basics of salary and benefits."
