Over the years the company struggled with trying to keep up with its growth, ultimately resulting in little to no growth due to the inability to keep up with its competitors. The company culture is good and their is a genuine interest in creating a good work environment."

What do you like about working at Outlook Amusements?

"Nothing. This is a terrible work environment. Owners are clueless. Firing is like breathing to them. No bonus. No upward mobility. Will hire off the street rather than promote from within. Owners are misogynists."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Run. DO NOT WORK HERE. You will be miserable. You will quit in less than a year if you are not fired first."

What don't you like about working at Outlook Amusements?

"The owners are tyrants. They hire people with experience but do not allow them to do the job they were hired for. The website is built in aspx so it is not compatible with many other technologies."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire most of the senior exec's especially the General Manager. He is useless and a waste of money."
