"Principal of OTJ Architects understood that people perform best if they do what they like to do, and they made sure that everyone job description is includes the tasks that they are good at or would like to learn more about the task. I worked for OTJ as project manager and I not only enjoy my job but also I learned a lot from the people with higher rank."

What don't you like about working at OTJ Architects?
"If I was not laid off I would still work for them and would never leave. I cannot think of anything I did not like about them"

"They can use more people with experience to help those out of school. Perhaps the ratio of newly graducates is too high"
