"OSIsoft's technical support department was very warm. People helped each other and they were always trying to increase their usefulness to customers. The department is well liked by customers. In fact, many TSEs leave the department for customers.There were some internal politics but they were kept to a minimum. One can consider the technical department as semi-autonomous within the company. This has its issues but mostly these are externalities on which the department shouldn't be reviewed."
