"OSIsoft's technical support department was very warm. People helped each other and they were always trying to increase their usefulness to customers. The department is well liked by customers. In fact, many TSEs leave the department for customers.There were some internal politics but they were kept to a minimum. One can consider the technical department as semi-autonomous within the company. This has its issues but mostly these are externalities on which the department shouldn't be reviewed."

"Individual people tend to be fantastic and the whole company feels like extended family. Higher management also tend to be fine people individually but as a group one sees much inconsistency, much political fighting and in some cases are very dysfunctional environment.The company's has been restructured about 3 times so far this year and a bit last year. Recently several policy changes were put in place too.It used to be very stable, not now. Many good people are leaving almost weekly..."
