"There was a family culture but a large corporation feel about it. The work I was responsible for was rewarding. The department I worked in was close during work hours and during personal time. There was always the feeling of, if I fell, someone would catch me."

"Get your hands dirty in the workshop and on site. That is the best way to learn the industry."
