"When it was Mattress Gallery it worked a lot smoother. After Ortho took over, many problems regarding availability, Regional Management was non supportive or helpful. Going to Dialup from DSL was VERY frustrating"

"To support store management. NOT jerk them around. NOR take management away without warning etc"
