"My dislikes are: 1) They do not promote from within. 2) Lack of loyalty to employees. 3) Micromanagement when not needed on outstanding sales reps. 4) Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. 5) Upper management does not care about their employees."

"Be loyal to your good employees, Do not micromanage your excellent sales reps. Upper management needs to think about their employees and company well-being more than their bonuses. Care about your good employees."
