"The quality of a company depends on many factors. One of most important is member service (we have members, not customers). We have a heavy work flow and are always challenged and presented with one on one care per each members needs. We are led by a highly encouraging, resourceful and extremely dedicated management. Our managers and team work as one to find resolutions, encourage each other, and behind the scenes one well oiled machine can run smoothly. We are that well oiled machine. We don't have managers at Oregon Community Credit Union, we have leaders."
