"Not interest in any form of innovation. Will only do design via cookbook. If something hasn't been done for the past ten years, they won't even consider it.Also total lack of true Systems Engineering. Their Systems Engineers primarily track requirements with little if any tasks that clerical help couldn't handle."

"Too inbred. Hire from outside and pay attention to their inputs."
