"Oracle is solid and strong. Although the pay left something to be desired, the campus and benefits made life very simple at work. You were given the resources to make it easy."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you don't let the glamour of the campus distract you from the real work they are hiring you for. Often, you will be stuck in your cubicle or office without getting a glimpse of the campus for long periods."

What don't you like about working at Oracle?

"It is a very big company so sometimes you can get lost in the crowd. Your voice and opinions are often not heard. Some really good ideas can get pushed aside for status quo."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I believe management could be a little more attentive to the employees at the bottom. I think many of them have great ideas."
