"Oracle provides good benefits according to people who have been at multiple companies. The health benefit premium seems high compared to other companies but the plan provides a variety of options. Flexibility is available and it highly depends on your direct supervisor. Quarter and fiscal year ends involve long hours and depending on your organization it may continue throughout the year. Management is a disappointment as it is not interested in analyst development. This is a good company to have on your resume for short term."
