"Oracle is good for learning new technologies and improving your fundamentals. But the hierarchy, communication (or lack of) and process just slow down all work."

"I've worked at Oracle for the past 19 years. Oracle has a very good work-life balance but compensation is a bit lacking in comparison to other Large Scale Cloud Companies. The people I have worked with over the years were all extremely intelligent and I learned a lot from every single one of them. Their training program was non-existent when I joined back in 2000 but today they have developed a very good program. I have reported to 6 different managers and directors over the 19 years and I have nothing negative to say about any of them."
