What do you like about working at Acxiom?
"The copany has people located all over the world. I have been exposed to many cultures, environments and ethics."
What don't you like about working at Acxiom?
"I feel like I've hit a point where I cannot proceed in my career as I wish. Also, they are going away from the systems I love to work with ( RACs )."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I've had four managers and two team leads while at Acxiom. They are all great people, and are easy to work for, and with. I would suggest they keep doing what they are doing."

"This was an excellent place to work and I highly recommend working there in the future to someone else."
What do you like about working at Bank of America?
"The flexible hours and being able to work remotely from home was an excellent benefit."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"No. I think each person should make up their own minds about where they want to work."
What don't you like about working at Bank of America?
"As a contractor you could only work there for 6 months at a time and then you had to come back with a 6 month break."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They had a lot of meetings I thought which hindered work at times for me."

"I worked as a contractor for Teksystems. I worked directly at Bank Of America in Charlotte, NC."
What do you like about working at TEKsystems?
"I worked on site at Bank Of America. I like the position there in Charlotte, NC as a database administrator. They had about every type of Oracle database imaginable."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"No. The management there was very nice and understood the limitations of the contractors working for them."
What don't you like about working at TEKsystems?
"Bank Of America would only allow you to work for 18 months on contract and then you had to find a new opportunity."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be able to extend contracts longer for contractors so they could work longer period of time."

"Management was doing extremely well on implementing/standardizing processes for development, change management and support of applications."

"reluctant to implement new technologies. I was doing 10g certification, they were still on 8i/9I Oracle database, reluctant to implement new 8i/9I features"

"Carlyle is good for the short term, and for gaining Oracle experience. But they only pay $7 per hour!!!"

"Apply in person! They're pretty old fashioned, and they're big on wearing ties (not just to interview)! It's a fun work atmosphere, and there's plenty to learn and do."
