"Reasonably well paid and reasonable vacation time. Facilities kept clean and decent."

"Put on an act of how much you believe in education and processes."

"Jobs broken down to least common denominator, not opportunity for creativity, culture is dull."

"Give people more responsibility and authority. Allow workers the ability to purchase some software for their own training, enlightenment, idea generation and problem solving."

"Xtivia is great company to work for if you want a chance to expand your Oracle knowledge. Working with different companies in different environments really gives you a change to expand on your Oracle knowledge."

"Lack of communication and management in the team from the team manager."

"Manage the team. While it is great that you try and take a hands off approach there are still some things that need to be addressed to make sure the team knows what to do in different situations."
