"Management and Executives are lazy. Company isn't aggressive and doesn't not stand strong against the competition. Manages in circles and no real corporate guidance. Mission and ideas for the company changes weekly."

"Allow changes time to show themselves. Start supporting the employees getting the business and training the instruments."
