"The upper management made some bad moves but overall I have no complaints."

"None for my immediate manager. Upper management needed to rethink some marketing ideas."

"Job security decreases as you advance and the compensation is minimal"

"With my NCLE certification I wanted to utilize my education in contact lenses. Lenscrafter did not fit or sell contact lenses."
