"I love being hands on and having an opportunity to trouble shoot a problem. The frustrating thing again is that Sales and marketing is passion. New face new strategies and new products it is an ever changing market which makes going to work excited and new."

"Easy work, ok benefits, small building. 401k plan in a small town."

"Be friendly and kind. Know your job and how to relate to people other than an all business attitude. People matter too."
What don't you like about working at Teleflex?
"Management don't care about employees. Low pay. No room or training for advancement."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Care about employees and how they are treated by leads and techs. Provide training for employees to advance. Get better supervisors."

"I like some of the people I have met over the years"

"If you are black or white you will never get a job that will last more than a few months"
What don't you like about working at Pactiv?
"I don't like that I am one of the lowest paid yet have more responsabilty because I have more seniority than most of my peers. It's a buddy system and if you are not hespanic you are just slave labor with no chance of moving up the pay scale. You must be bilingual . I do speak Spanish but it is not Mexico Spanish it's what they teach at school. Doesn't count."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take care of your people they will take care of you"
What do you like about working at Target?
"Target is extremely flexible with scheduling which is always a plus. They also have a lot of discounts and prizes available for their employees."

"Always have a Fast, Fun, and Friendly attitude. FFF is a Target motto that they take very serious. Always have a smile and be willing to help a guest (not "customer") out."
What don't you like about working at Target?
"In retail the hours change weekly so it's not always a steady pay check coming in."

"I'd suggest more verbal recognition. Recognition goes a long way."

"Overtime was available, workers can literally make as much as you want but be careful about your health"

"They will literally hire anyone, your just another body to fill a slot."

"12 rotating shifts ans supervisors who were more worried about themselves than where the company was going."

"They do not promote fast enough. We have plenty of people who can improve things, but takes to much time."

"This company works a eight hour rotation shift, which you stay on twelve hours alot due to other people being off and don't have enough off time."
