"The company is incredibly inefficient and problems are not solved with any sort of urgency. There's a disconnect between stores and the corporate office."

"I would make the company far more efficient and increase communication between stores and the corporate office."

"FedEx has been voted Top 100 companies to work for 13/15 years - well deserved!"

"Be punctual (we deliver the world on time), dress professionally, be well manicured and know you are very fortunate to sit in that chair!"
What don't you like about working at FedEx?
"The only shortfall I have experienced is the slow rate of advancement. To get to an administrative position, the internal advancement requires serving as a station senior manager. That does not align with my interests."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"FedEx ops is a constant problem solving and trouble shooting environment. Being well prepared with a standing Plan B helps immensely!"

"I enjoyed all aspect of my job and I really appriciated the opportunity to learn in my field."

"Remember this is a company to learn and attain hands on skills in your field but is not suitable for life long employment."

"Just know what you are talking about, and have the best grades in college!"

"They never let the contract workers get hired on directly."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Please recognize the talent that is there, even if it is only a contract worker, and hire them on direct."
