"The CEO is overbearing, cheap and a control freak and there are no perks"

"The original CEO passed away and his son took over who was a lawyer rather than a hands on guy"

"Segregation amongst other departments, some micro management, tedious work at times, low salary"

"Foster good relationships among employees by occasionally getting together and enjoying each other's company."

"I hate it. Management, at all levels, is full of incompetent people!"

"Everything seems to be falling apart. Things are only getting worse."

"I would have my middle management provide realistic assessments of their respective groups and heed their word accordingly. My company would not strive to make shareholders happy but would employ methods that promote growth and also promote employee satisfaction."

"The inability to assist consumers with issues associated with accounts."

"Create opportunity for consumers to learn about policies in layman terms."

"I like the partnership over lines of business, advancement opportunities, and encouragement by team members and management."

"Assess the different groups within Wells Fargo and find where you would fit best and where you would have room to grow, instead of getting stuck in the same job with not much growth."
What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"I dislike the compensation. Employees are discouraged when they are not given sufficient raises or pay promotions and then receive communication about the company's record profits for the quarter."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"As for the CEO: Focus less on profit and more on compensating employees for the work they do, so they feel less like cogs in the wheel doing the work, while shareholders and people at the top get all of the money. As for my manager: Nothing. She is awesome."

"The office I work in is very gloomy, demand can be high at times"

"My unit was driven, organized, very professional, flexible, structured, dedicated and compromising. There was great integrity."

"Credentials are very important to this employer. Capitalize on your education and what the company will pay for to expand your personal goals and better contribute to theirs."
What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"At least in my unit, no one was ever promoted. We were unable to use the tools we were given, and clear goals were rarely set."

"Your company needed more direct leadership. Having clear and concise goals is key to a successful business."

"I loved the people I worked with. We were a great family based business"

"I really don't. Be yourself and know your qualifications well."

"The parent company was strangling. Very few tools were provided to us as well as support regarding upgrades and new business ventures."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Focus on the details. It would seem that they are way too focused on the bottom line and not how they get there."
