"Working from home has ups and downs. I miss the face to face interaction. Remote working location."

"I had complete autonomy to do my job from my CEO . The technology was phenomenal."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Realize that this company has no future beyond its current contract with one customer. No way ahead has been established. The technology and most of the people are fantastic. Just walk in with your eyes open. It was not the rosy picture painted for me when I was recruited."
What don't you like about working at Royal Army Dental Corps?
"The working relationship with the Government PM was horrible. Communication was limited to a select few at the cost of team cohesion."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Never place you eggs in one basket. Branch out, stop being beholden to just one customer."
