"I liked the people I worked with and that I worked very independently. Also, it was a casual and collaborative atmosphere. I also enjoyed the work that I did."

"Not applicable. There would not be the opportunity to interview at this company."

What don't you like about working at Opel Solar?

"The only things I didn't like was the lack of growth potential because the company had not reached the phase where growth was possible and the fact that our division was shut down."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Not to fall back on the same decision methods they were used to because this was a young, growing industry that needed more foresight."

"The fact that management trusted me to do the mechanical design of their most important product in the Solar Division."

"The fact that the company and the product line are now in the process of being sold."
