"I liked the people I worked with and that I worked very independently. Also, it was a casual and collaborative atmosphere. I also enjoyed the work that I did."

"The only things I didn't like was the lack of growth potential because the company had not reached the phase where growth was possible and the fact that our division was shut down."

"Not to fall back on the same decision methods they were used to because this was a young, growing industry that needed more foresight."
