"The Branch is very disconnected form the way sites operates and tries to control things the y are not involved in."

"Listen to the site managers and entry level employees - they know what's going on and what is needed. There is more to contract security than the bottom line."

"make sure that you contract is signed before you start working, so nothing can change after you start working"

"I didnt like dealing with short time employees and the employer system of dealing with employees"

"more people skills and more time for employees not possible because of the short term employment"

"Yes, call and cancel your interview and continue collecting unemployment since that's what you'll end up doing anyway......."

"Where do I start The pay was low, the commission structure was horrible, and the points system to measure recruiter metrics didn't make any sense."

"Sell the company to a better managed staffing firm."

"Over direction the company, its becoming services company rather sticking to its core strenght as Product company. Most important the Sr Mgmt team is stuck in the past and do want to change for the next level"
