"Get anything they promise in writing. They are a shifty bunch."

"Guaranteed 40 hours when hired. As soon as it slowed down for a week they cut hours. They expectyou to be on company time and company property wwithout pay."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't guarantee 40 hours then pull them when it really matters. Don't make someone wait 5 years for a raise."
