"There is an atmosphere of micromanagement with the sales team. There is no official human-resources department - you have to speak to accounting, instead. By the way, the accounting department consists of one overworked individual.Benefits that I qualified for were not delivered. Expected work schedule is 9 to 6, which is not child-care friendly. While other co-workers were willing to pick-up the slack, they are also overworked and morale declines as a result."
