"Be yourself, but prove to the company you have more offer, that your not just the norm."

"Theres too much time wasted doing other things, unimportant to me that I do on a weekly basis. Things need to be more organized so time isnt wasted as much as it is."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be at the store more, be here earlier, so I wouldnt have to stay later."

"Be calm, cool, and collected and expect the upper management to play devil's advocate to make you stumble (and it works)."

"My first day on the job they had a corporate restructure and have been working on that cracked foundation since then giving all involved a since of in-security."

"Hmm, let's plead the 5th on that one. I'm part of that team, so I'll remain loyal."
