"Don't work there anymore. Was fired, as was most of staff when new management took over. I was one of the last ones to go. There is nothing I like about it now. When first went there, great boss and great management and very supportive. After take over (we were told at first that we were the ones that took over a company, instead, we were taken over) upper management all fired and the rest of us had to beg for our jobs. The new manager was the most ruthless, unethical boss I ever worked for in 25 years of sales."

"Be very, very afraid."

What don't you like about working at One Communications?

"Don't work there anymore. New management not focused on customer or on its employees. Just out for the dollar. Not a great valued product. Can't seem to get their act together."

"Get a reality check. Treat employees like human beings instead of machines that you need to produce and then dispose of them like garbage. Focus on the customer. Not at all customer oriented. Quit changing the rules as you go along."
