"What I did like about the job was working outdoors. Everything else strongly needs improvement."

"If you do not need the money, I would strongly suggest working for another company."

What don't you like about working at OMNIPLEX World Services?

"I filed a complaint with the Company Legal Office regarding what I felt were violations of The Fair Labor Standards Act. In addition the poor work conditions, the daily changes to work schedules and the threats of being on call, on your days off! In addition, the selection of a supervisor to a government contracted position was clearly an appearance of impropriety. (He was selected after the position announcement was closed, and was a personal friend of the previous supervisor) As a matter of fact, I believe I will file a formal complaint with the Inspector General of the Intelligence Agency that the contract pertained to. Not unexpected, instead of handling my complaint as a concerned employee, I felt I was vilified and made to be the bad guy! In addition, they hired subsequent workers at a higher salary doing the same exact job title. Fair Labor Standards Act violation"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Train their Supervisors to not Intimidate or threaten their employees. I believe most employees needed their job and were afraid to complain because of fear of retribution! Not a friendly work environment"
